In thinking about my health, specifically wellness and illness, I am constantly striving for good health. As a fully informed and educated health care provider, I am constantly striving to improve my health and wellness while avoiding various health conditions and diseases.
On the health-illness continuum, I currently consider myself to be in good health. I’ve used my professional knowledge of health and disease to create factors and behaviors that will assist me in shifting to a higher level of wellness on the continuum.
Having a positive attitude toward health, adopting healthy eating habits, eating low-carbohydrate meals that reduce the chances of developing heart disease and diabetes, and engaging in regular moderate exercise are some of the healthy factors and behaviors that I have developed.
Furthermore, I am open to investigating evidence-based health improvement options and resources. Public information forums and educational materials on common ailments are examples of these, as they provide information on how to improve health, address health concerns, and avoid illness. I am constantly striving to improve my health, and I am confident that my efforts will not be in vain.
