The responses provided were initiative as most of the problems associated with change are common to most individuals. The personalization aspect through his own experience helps me understand the nature of the problem and the rationale for the change. The change process is beneficial to the respondent as he benefited a lot from quitting smoking tobacco as he is more socially acceptable in his community among friends and family. The exercise is beneficial. It provides knowledge on the factors that associate change of hazardous habits among people. Being socially accepted among your community is a major factor determining the change. The other factors are based on a personal improvement to be healthier and more objective in the future.
